Vectorpex

AI software factory

AI builds software in minutes. We make sure it can run a real company.

Frontier AI models are brilliant engines, but left alone they drift, make things up with total confidence, and cannot judge their own mistakes. Keeping up with the flood of new models, frameworks and security risks has become a full-time technical headache.

Vectorpex takes that burden completely off your plate.

We are an AI software factory. We let non-technical founders, operators and institutional leaders direct custom software builds in plain English, backed by an ironclad system of checks and balances where nobody ever grades their own work.

Built for dynamic businesses that cannot afford surprises.

What We Stand For: Our Six Guarantees

We don't ask for blind trust. Every build is governed by six verifiable guarantees.

  1. 01

    Nobody marks their own homework.

An AI agent or engineer that writes code is fundamentally biased toward assuming it works. At Vectorpex, every single build is inspected and stress-tested by an independent verification agent before it ever touches your hands. If something slips past, we log it and publish what we caught, what we fixed and what we learned.

Proof: a public record of reviews, send-backs and escaped defects, with its counting rules and one redacted review sample. Goes live with the site.

  2. 02

    Nothing happens behind your back.

We use append-only records. Your data history only moves forward; it cannot be quietly rewritten. Every vendor integration, permission grant and database change is completely visible and reversible, with zero backdoors for anyone, including us.

Proof: a published access-and-reversal policy, live with the site; the Taburon design summary, committed for the pilot.

  3. 03

Your data is your property, full stop.

Your proprietary company knowledge stays in its own private lane. We never pool your data with other clients, and we never use it to train or fine-tune our models.

Proof: a published data-handling statement, live with the site.

  4. 04

Best models on the market, never locked in.

We don't waste money pretending to train frontier LLMs from scratch. We orchestrate the strongest models from top global research labs. The day a faster, cheaper or smarter engine appears, we switch, passing the performance and cost savings straight to you.

Proof: a list of the engines in use, with dates, live with the site; beneath it, a dated commitment to publish the trend of cost per delivered task at held quality.

  5. 05

Business leaders direct. We handle the code.

You shouldn't need a computer science degree to get custom software. You describe the operational outcome in plain language; our system plays back its interpretation to confirm intent, and nothing goes live until you sign off.

Proof: the founder profile and doctrine page, live with the site; a record excerpt naming who directed and who wrote, committed for launch.

  6. 06

"Done" means operational, not just compiled.

To us, a project isn't finished because the code runs without an error code. It's finished when it solves the actual operational problem on your floor.

Proof: a published definition of done, live with the site; the first public case when Taburon runs at an institution, a dated commitment.

These six guarantees rest on twelve rules we never break.

How We Build: The Twelve Operating Anchors

Behind every piece of software we build are twelve ground rules we never break.

  1. 01

A second pair of eyes, always.

Whoever writes the code, human or AI, is never the one who approves it. A completely independent reviewer has to test and sign off before anything ships.

  2. 02

Don't just run automated tests. Try to break it.

An AI claiming "everything works" isn't proof. We run deliberate stress tests and real-world edge cases against the software before calling it reliable.

  3. 03

History can never be quietly edited.

Every transaction, system update and permission change is recorded in a permanent ledger. Nobody, not even an administrator, can rewrite the past: corrections are added as new entries, and when the law requires personal data to be deleted, the deletion itself is recorded.

  4. 04

Your passwords and private keys never touch an AI.

Sensitive credentials and API keys stay locked in an isolated digital safe. AI models interact with your tools, but they never see the master keys.

  5. 05

No building until we agree on what "done" means.

We don't burn budget writing code based on vague guesses. If the business goal and workflow aren't crystal clear to both sides, the build doesn't start.

  6. 06

Simple on the surface, powerful underneath.

The everyday screen should be intuitive enough for anyone on your team to use without training. The complex settings and expert controls stay tucked away until you need them.

  7. 07

Plain English instead of tech jargon.

You shouldn't need a glossary to understand your own software. We explain system actions in clear, normal sentences, with technical logs tucked one click deeper for whoever wants to inspect them.

  8. 08

Design for real-world risk, not blind trust.

Real organisations face administrative errors, rogue actors and fraud. We build systems with clear, visible oversight so questionable actions are flagged before they cause damage.

  9. 09

    Don't reinvent the wheel.

If a tool or component has already been proven reliable in production, we reuse it. We only write custom code where your business actually needs a unique solution.

  10. 10

Tuned for real life, not sterile lab tests.

Software shouldn't just look good in a demo. Our systems are built to handle the messy, imperfect reality of daily operational use.

  11. 11

If the AI stumbles three times, a human steps in.

AI agents can get stuck in loops when things go wrong. If an automated step fails its checks three times, the system immediately halts and escalates the issue to an experienced human operator.

  12. 12

We deliver the finished job, not just the code.

Writing software is only half the battle. A project is only complete when it is deployed, functioning smoothly and actively helping run your day-to-day operations.

When one of these rules is broken, we say so. What we caught, what we fixed and what we learned goes into the public record.

What We're Making

We are currently engineering two core platforms under these standards.

Taburon

An institutional operations platform built for SADC.

Regulated institutions and large operations cannot run on handshake trust. Taburon maintains permanent, tamper-evident registers of people, physical assets and operational transactions. Designed around the reality of institutional risk, it makes daily data entry frictionless for staff on the floor while running strict, unalterable accountability analysis behind the scenes.

The Factory Platform

Visual software development for operational leaders.

Our proprietary platform orchestrates frontier AI so operators can build and deploy enterprise software without touching code, while giving technical teams the guardrails they need to stop babysitting tools. It is currently undergoing rigorous internal review and will launch publicly once it passes our benchmarks.

Who We Are

Vectorpex is an AI software factory founded not by a software engineer but by a career business operator.

Every process, agent workflow and build log in our system was directed without writing a single line of raw code. We believe the future of software won't be defined by who can write syntax the fastest. It will belong to domain experts and business leaders who understand how operations actually work.

To make that possible, our factory uses specialised AI roles governed by a strict division of labour:

  • The Conductor

The Conductormaintains the master project scope and the permanent record.

  • The Builder

The Builderwrites the implementation in an isolated environment against explicit specs.

  • The Checker

The Checkeracts as an adversarial auditor, actively trying to break the Builder's work.

  • The Gatekeeper

The Gatekeeperguards private keys, proprietary data and deployment gates.

We believe trust is earned through transparency. What we catch, what we fix and what we learn is documented and made available to our partners.
